Recruiting and retaining new drivers can be a hard task.  Once you have recruited your drivers, they need to attend a proper orientation to become informed about your company and way of business as well as fulfilling DOT requirements.

We can create a program that one of your staff members present or one that is presented by a DOT Doctor consultant.

We will:

1. test drive your new driver
2. perform the mandatory Drug Free Workplace and Sexual Harassment Trainings
3. schedule the driver for drug / alcohol testing
4. schedule the driver for a DOT physical
5. review HOS regulations and logbook procedures
6. introduce the driver to your company regulations, paperwork and other SOPs
