TDD is a Business Consulting firm located in Kemp, TX seeking sales people through out North America. We specialize in Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance matters. Our target clients are trucking companies. We provide training and services. We sell support products. We offer bookkeeping and tax services.

You should be familiar with FMCSA Regulations (fmcsa.dot.gov) and have sales experience. You need to be confident and charismatic. You need a good phone voice and experience with MS Office.

With the 10,000 plus pages of change that came about in Dec 2015 and are still occurring; carriers need us! Our items and services sell themselves but we need you to spread the word. Gain 25% of each sale with residual income for contract sales. The more you sell; the more you earn. Average sale net you approximately $1000. TDD offers products and services from $10 to over $10,000.

We invest in our team and as such; we do offer training!

REMOTE POSITIONS - You will work from your home office where you supply your high-speed internet access, computer, printer and unlimited phone line. Most sales are done via phone & email but you may desire some face to face meetings for larger deals. You will need MS Office, Outlook and Skype. Adobe Acrobat is a plus. Most of these programs are now available by subscription for less than $10/month.

This is ground floor opportunity as we are expanding into your area. The goal is to open an office in the next few years. In this time, you should have developed your skills and knowledge of TDD so that you can head this new office. Additional Safety Consultants are also being hired.

Safety Consultant - TDD is growing and we need people with D.O.T. FMCSA experience to join us. You will train carriers and their drivers in DOT Compliance. You will perform mock DOT audits, Risk Assessments, vehicle inspections and a wide variety of services.

You will need the ability to travel and have a good command of the English language. Spanish is helpful especially in the southern areas.

This is a commission based opportunity. You will receive 25% of the package sold plus travel allotment, if appliable.

Seeking Receptionist and Clerical Support

Join us in our new offices in Kemp, TX. Relaxed atmosphere with casual dress. Smoke free workplace and property.

You must a good command of the English language (written and spoken). Spanish, French or a second language is helpful.

Requirements - Excellent phone manner is extremely important. Hours flexible but seeking someone who can work basically 9am to 2pm Central Time (US) Monday through Friday. Experience in trucking and DOT compliance regulations helpful. Knowledge of HOS, IFTA, UCR and similar concepts would be a big plus. Basic MS Office and email experience. Prefer previous experience but willing to train right candidate. $8/hour to start. Closed most school holidays (MISD Schedule).
