FYI. We are well into our planned program of managing our freight costs.
The information below was unavailable until we hired Andrea Sitler. We now
have this and are making decisions based upon this information. Even those
areas on which the information is incomplete, we are able to trace the
problem to its source and resolve it for the future.

Our next step is to require that MTS provide us with the same kind of data.
